Does the online purchase include a consultation?
-The purchases made through the online store do not include a consultation.
Can I try the flavors I selected for my order?
-Once the order is placed and paid for, you can come by the bakery and pick up samples.
How fast can Cakes by Gina make a cake?
We require at least 7 days to fulfill and online order.
How is the payment handled?
Payments are made online only. Cakes are paid in full at the time the order is placed. Installments are offered through a third party.
What is included in your delivery and setup fee:
Our delivery crew specializes in making sure that your cake arrives on time and in one piece to your event. They’ll also set up toppers, fresh flowers, as long if they are available when they arrive.
What if I need to cancel my order?
All deposits are not refundable. We might be able to offer a store credit. You can contact us at cbgdigital@cakesbyginahouston.com
What makes your cakes different?
We take pride in everything we do. Our cakes are freshly baked the week of your event. We do not freeze any of our produced goods. We make our cake icings daily, silky French buttercream fillings and we do use ingredients like butter, eggs, sugar ….and our skill level is second to none!
