Does the online purchase include a consultation?
-The purchases made through the online store do not include a consultation. You can add it if you'd like to make changes to the online size or design.
Can I try the flavors I selected for my order?
-Once the order is placed and paid for, you can come by the bakery and pick up samples. You can also order a Tasting Box. We'll send you a discount code to deduct the price of it from the cake order. Tasting Box
How fast can Cakes by Gina make a cake?
We require at least 7 days to fulfill and online order.
How is the payment handled?
Payments are made online only. Cakes are paid in full at the time the order is placed. Installments are offered through a third party.
What is included in your delivery and setup fee:
Our delivery crew specializes in making sure that your cake arrives on time and in one piece to your event. They’ll also set up toppers, fresh flowers, as long if they are available when they arrive.
What if I need to cancel my order?
