1. Shipping Areas: Currently, we offer shipping services within Houston and the surrounding areas.

2. Order Processing Time: We need a minimum of 7 calendar days to place an order from the online store.

3. Shipping Methods: We use our own reputable fleet to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your cakes. You will be provided with a form to provide the “Delivery Coordination Details”.

4. Shipping Rates: At the moment we are using a flat shipping rate of $125.00

5. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time will be set following the details in the “Delivery Coordination Details” form. In general, for a wedding the delivery will be set for in between 2 and 1 hours before the ceremony. For a Special Occasion cake, the delivery will be set in the mentioned form.

6. Delivery Instructions: During the checkout process, you have the option to provide delivery instructions. If you have specific delivery preferences or important details for our courier, please include them to help ensure a successful delivery.
